We would like to recognize our grad students and staff who have been great mentors. If you have a mentor who has somehow helped you navigate this Fall term, we ask that you consider nominating them by completing the nomination form. The Award Nominee could be a part of Mentor Us, but they could also be a colleague or staff member within the Faculty of Nursing. Deadline to submit all nomination forms is December 31, 2022 by midnight.

So all you need to do is:

1. Fill out Award Nominee Form

2. Submit completed form to mentorus@ualberta.ca
